Important NOTE: Children 12 and under are admitted FREE when accompanied by a PAID adult. DO NOT include Child Passes in your order or you will be charged for them! No Refunds-No Exceptions! Simply tell us how many CHILD passes you need in the ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS field when placing your order.

Please NOTE ~ NO TICKETS ARE SENT ~ You will receive a confirmation (email or postcard) that shows how many tickets you have ordered for both adults and children. BRING this confirmation to the Main Gate to obtain your armband(s).

Festival Camping Permit

Camping Permits are available ONLY with the purchase of Advanced Tickets for each member of your party! You must provide the names of each person.* Complete your order form and enter your paypal transaction code in the space provided on the form.

$50.00 with fire ring and picnic table

$25.00 Group Site~community fire pit, no picnic table

(Camping Unit = a tent, a small trailer, pop-up, a small camper, a boat,
& any other creative alternatives...)

Rustic/Primitive Sites DO NOT include electric and water hook-ups and are not appropriate for RV's and Large Trailers.

Includes One (1) Car Pass per site.

Your Confirmation will include confirmation of your Camping Permit and must be presented at the Festival Gate after 12:30 pm on Friday, August 8 to enter the camping area. Early arrivals must register at the Woodland Park office and pay for all days prior to August 8th. Your Festival Camping Permit will be available after 12:30 pm at the Festival Gate.

* Names will be verified against those listed in the ticket purchase line of your order. Copy and Paste the names from the Ticket purchase field BEFORE clicking ADD to ensure against errors.

* If no Advanced Tickets are purchased with an order for a camping permit(s), the order will be rejected.
