*May 24, 2008*	**Spring Plant Sale- Perennials, annuals, vegetables,and other plants for sale at the Greenspace! Proceeds go to the Historical Society and the Horticulture program at Burt Township School. 10 am - 1 pm.**
*June 13 - 15, 2008*	Blaney Park Rendezvous ~ Annual Motorcycle Event
*June 20 - 22, 2008*	*8th Annual Splash-In on the Bay* - Watch as Sea Planes "splash in" on the bay! With aviation games and a fish boil dinner on Saturday. A colorful event promoting Aviation in Grand Marais.
*June 21, 2008*	*Historical Society Yard Sale ~ Proceeds benefit the Old Post Office Museum*- Residents are invited to donate used household goods, clothing, toys, etc. You may drop off your used items at the Greenspace after 9:00am; the sale will be held from 10:00am - 1:00pm. Dollar-a-Bag Sale starting at noon. Come find a bargain!
June 28, 2008	*Grand Marais Garden Tour* ~ Presented to you by The Green Space �On-The-Bay� Committee. Visit our beautiful gardens, attend a gardening workshop or two, and place a bid at the Silent Auction! 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
*June 27 - 29, 2008*	*Grand Marais Offshore Challenge* - Plans are in the works for another fishing derby out of Grand Marais Harbor!
*July 4, 2008*	*Annual 4th of July Celebration* - Parade, Games, Contests, Street Dance, and the Fireworks Spectacular at Dusk. A great old-fashioned family fun day, and a great weekend to visit Grand Marais! Historical Society Silent Auction - all sorts of wonderful items will be up for grabs! Proceeds go toward Old Post Office Museum project.
